about Hannah
Hannah Thomas (she/they) is a licensed therapist (LMHC) with years of experience specializing in child, family, and caregiver mental health care. She has been a therapist at Children’s Advocacy Centers, supporting child survivors of sexual abuse and violence, and at school-based health centers. She is passionate about parent coaching and helping caregivers get confident in their connections with their kid(s), and also holds the experience of the modern parent very tenderly. As a parent herself, and with experience of years supporting them, she knows how much parents help everyone but themselves. She hopes parents can find a space for their own wellness in her practice.
Hannah is passionate about creating a safe environment for folks of all identities. She warmly welcomes LGBTQIA++ individuals, practices from an Antiracist & feminist framework, and continues the process of learning to better serve our community.
Hannah spends time outside of therapy being outdoors on her bikes or her feet, cracking bad jokes, watching reality TV, dancing in the kitchen, meeting as many dogs as possible, and caring deeply for her people.
